1. No Return/Refund on Successfully Delivered Products:
No return or refund will be accepted for any successfully delivered order, including prepaid
orders, unless it falls under the exceptional cases mentioned below.

2. Return/Replacement Request Conditions:
You may raise a return or replacement request under the following conditions:
• Wrong product delivered
• Expired product delivered
• Damaged product received (only physical damage at the time of delivery)
• Incomplete order (missing items)

3. Reporting Timeline:
• Wrong or expired product: Raise a request within 2 days from the date of delivery.
• Damaged or missing product: Raise a request within 2 days from the date of delivery.

4. How to Raise a Request:

5. Return Process:
• Upon receiving your request, allow us 2 working days to review and assess.
• If approved and our reverse pickup service is available, our courier partner will collect the
product.
• If reverse pickup is not available at your location, you will need to self-ship the item to our
registered address. Courier charges will be reimbursed after verification.

6. Damaged Product Returns:
In case of damaged products sent by the customer, we will not process any return or
replacement.

7. Refund Timelines:
• Refunds will be processed within 15-20 working days from the date of receiving the
returned product (if applicable).
• Refunds will be made via bank transfer; customers must share the necessary bank details
over email.

8. When Return/Replacement Will Not Be Accepted:
• Product has been opened, used, or altered
• Original packaging is missing (e.g., mono cartons, seals, labels)
• Request is made after the allowed period (4 days for wrong/expired, 2 days for
damaged/missing items)
